TP68 PECULIAR FEATURES

The TP68 bars are formed by a finger joint of laminated fir, pressed to HDF exterior. The bars with a section from mm 78x68, are certified at the origin. Bar's inside covering is in wooden sheared or in synthetic material; the outside one is in pvc or in aluminium leaf which guarantee a very good weather-proof.

TP68 bars, cut at 45°, are united with tail plugs that permit, with the plugs and the supplied polyurethane glue, an excellent mechanic joint. Besides, with the equipped glazing beads, it is possible to insert double isolating glasses, just as required by the updated legislation.

For what concern the accessories, our system is certified with iron fittings whose characteristics are: wheelbase mm13, air mm12, closing mm18.

The peculiarities emerged from the results of the various system's certifications are:

• Air-permeability in class 4 in accordance with EN 1026 and EN12207.
• Wind-resilience in class C5 in accordance with EN 12211 and 12210
• Water-resilience E 900 in accordance with EN 1027 and EN 12208
• Thermic transmitting Uw=1,17 W/m2K, whit a double chamber-glass with Ug=0,7 W/m2K in accordance with the EN 10077-1 simplified method.

The available finishing are:

• white-ice aluminium;
• Pvc honey color oak outside, honey color shering fir-tree inside;
• Pvc dark color walnut outside, dark color shering fir-tree inside.

TP68 windows can be realized with the usual equipment of any activity concerning frames production (wood, aluminium, pvc and mixed systems). The Venus Spa, if requested, provides some machineries purposely studied to make easier the assembling. Those machineries can be bought at a really economical entry-level and are very easily changeable in accordance with: the importance of the builder's firm; the quantity of orders to deal with; the quantity of the production desired.
